Ivan got to climb with Bruno Potier at the Gorges du Verdon and did his first lead climb! (he even does a 'workout' on his own every couple days) One of the towns here, La Palud, has only about 500 people but the climbing team just swept all the youth age divisions at the last national climbing competition. They have an indoor climbing gym that they train in. They built it inside the town's castle!
